Searching for Virtual ILT Events

You can quickly locate Virtual ILT (VILT) Events by using the Filters section on the VILT Events page.

Attention Adobe® Connect™ users: Only Adobe Connect meetings you add using the Oracle Learn Cloud platform are available in the search results list. Adobe Connect meetings you add on the Adobe Connect server will not be imported to LearnCenter.

On the ControlPanel:

  1. Click  on the Virtual ILT menu to expand it.
  2. Click Virtual Events.

  1. Type the name or description of the event in the Name/Description field, and select either beginning or containing to narrow the search.
  2. Click the check boxes next to the Service or services you want to filter the search by. For example, if you only want to show LiveMeeting events, click the LiveMeeting check box and clear any remaining check boxes.
  3. Select one of the following from the Status drop-down list:

  1. Select one of the following from the End Date drop-down list:
  1. Select one of the following from the My Events drop-down list:
  1. Click Select Host to filter the search by a particular host. The Select Users window opens and you can search for the host by name.
  2. Click Select Presenter to filter the search by a particular presenter. The Select Users window opens and you can search for the presenter by name.
  3. Select a number from the Display_records per pagedrop-down list.
  4. Click Search.
